We have the technical means to feed, clothe and house every individual on this planet with a high standard of living, but we don't and still produce utilities which are unutilized (wasted).

We make an abundance of goods, but they stay on the shelves and are wasted as people starve.  They stay on the shelves sometimes because the utility is actually of little worth, but sometimes it is because the people who want to be able to afford it cannot - and it's not because they shouldn't be entitled to it.  Instead of providing these wasted utilities to the people, they are literally thrown into the garbage.

There are times when people should be entitled to less than the regular member of society.  However, it should not be because someone cannot find any useful utility to provide.  They should instead be able to receive a baseline level of goods and services which are those utilities which are of high abundance in society.

Today, this does not happen because supply is not utilized as part of the value of a utility properly, which the Registry addresses.  Today, the cost of a utility is still set by demand but is set to what the seller beleives could get them the most profit, which usually entails optimizing the price based on the utilities perceived value and the money supply.
