Every epoch, everyone will receive the same amount of charge (donted as C$ throughout this site), which essentially provides a numeric value to time.  This value never changes, but can be different for seperate instances of registries, the difference is equivelant to what we would call an exchange rate between different currencies in the current monetary system.  When not represented as cash without an owner, the registrar will keep a record of you owning it.  This ownership, like all other currency types, never changes.  It can, however, be converted to Exchange when used to post something for sale.

In order to post something for sale in the registry to get exchange currency, you must present to the registrar (or purchaser, if done with cash) cost of goods and charge to be able to convert your charge to exchange.  Once sold, the registrar will reconcile the transaction using the Registry Formula

Charge can also be exchange for basic income.
