Because money is created whenever a utility is sold that is of high abundance, it is possible for people of the registry to do the following:

Two individuals have nothing worth selling on the registry.  So, they publish 24 hours of charge towards the same utility - the 'null', 'empty' or 'useless' utility.  There could be more than one of these categories, it doesn't really matter what it is.  Then, they sell each other their utility.  An example will make this more clear.

You may think that this is a flaw in the system, but the registry will actually make this easy to do as it solves many of society's problems.

When people do this, they are going to want to publish toward a utility that everyone is publishing on, in order to maximize the amount of money received. The supply increases, the amount received by both individuals in the transaction gets closer and closer to the total amount possible, but is asymptotic based on the limit defined by the L factor, and will never be more than what someone could have gotten had they sold a utility for the same amount of charge.  The people who succeed at selling these utilities are going to be more entitled to the goods and services of society than those who do not, and the ones that do win the game.

You might be asking yourself - what is preventing someone from posting immediately after they done a trade in order to increase the supply and get more money?  This wouldn't occur because of when time is given to individuals.

If you succeed at selling utilities of value, you are better off than not.  If you do not, you still have enough to survive as much as everybody else who provides no utilities on purpose, it's just you would have been entitled to less during your development phase of your utility as you published your time towards what you were selling as opposed to trading it on the null utility and spending it.  With any endeavor for success, you must risk some failure and sacrafice a bit.  The only suffering the individual has now who posted the utility is the loss of entitlement they could have realized if they played this trick instead of posting the utility for full sale.

It's ok to create extra time in the registry like this, because whenever more time is created in the registry, it is balanced out through it's destruction by other activities.
