Every epoch you are a member of the registry, you receive a value representative of the amount of elapsed time to decide what to do with, which we will call 'charge'.  You can either give this charge as a gift, or post it towards utilities you either create or already own on the registry.

At anytime you can then choose to publish this utility for sale, or commit before hand to have it created.  You cannot ask for more money than how much charge you have towards it, plus cost of goods.  If sold, then you will receive money equivelant to it's charge and cost of goods,  but the money it costs to the purchaser is reduced based on the charge and supply of the utility according to the Registry Formula.

Any charge not allocated towards a utility can be used to trade towards a convenient default "empty" or "null" utility which you can allocate it towards in order to receive a sort of equivelant to a Basic Income.

With the money you receive from either this Basic Income or the sale of utilities to other individuals, you can purchase other utilities in the registry, the cost to you which is adjusted based on the Registry Formula.

And that's it.  Some things you might be wondering:

How do I win/lose?

How do loans work?

Is there still cash?

How do we transition to this system?
